Who built Elstori?

Elstori was founded by Sophie Epton, a serial entrepreneur, mom of twins, and postpartum depression survivor. After her son Luca had open heart surgery at nine days old and spent 41 days in the NICU, Sophie experienced postpartum depression that lasted 15 months. When she finally came through it, she knew she had to build the support she never had. That's Elstori.
